AutoStore is a unique and revolutionary warehouse system for the effective storage and handling of small goods.

AutoStore:

AutoStore organises a given number of plastic bins in a three-dimensional location system. The framework for the plastic bins is an aluminium grid that is equipped with rails on the top where the battery-operated robots can operate in x and y directions. Separate robots move the bins in and out of workstations, for picking and receiving goods.

The number of bins, stations and robots in the system are dimensioned based on pre-defined capacity requirements.
